These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 55zh88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://55zh88.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 55zh88 website, its content, features and any services made available through the Platform.

By accessing, browsing or registering on 55zh88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

55zh88 operates as an online gaming information platform providing educational content about casino games, sports betting markets and responsible gambling practices. 55zh88 does not itself accept deposits, manage player funds or operate a casino or sportsbook directly. All transactional activities occur through the operator to which this platform relates, subject to that operator's own terms, licences and regulatory obligations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on 55zh88, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an Account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonuses and recovery of any related winnings.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including name, date of birth, email address and contact number — must be accurate and kept current. 55zh88 reserves the right to request evidence supporting any registration detail at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share, sell or transfer access to your Account to any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 55zh88 support immediately at the contact address set out in Section 15.
• Account currency: Where applicable, accounts denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) are subject to the platform's current PKR conversion rates and transaction policies.

55zh88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any Account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability, at its sole discretion.

The availability of specific deposit methods is subject to change and is determined by the operator at its sole discretion. 55zh88 provides information about commonly referenced payment options in Pakistan for educational purposes only. Payment method names mentioned — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references. None of these providers endorse, authorise or support gambling activity on behalf of 55zh88.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as applicable fees, are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• 55zh88 does not accept deposits from credit sources that the depositing party does not own or that are obtained through fraudulent means.
• Deposits may be subject to processing delays depending on the payment provider's own systems and banking windows. PKR-denominated transactions may also be subject to bank processing times applicable to the user's financial institution.
• By depositing, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and do not constitute proceeds from any unlawful activity.

55zh88 may from time to time make promotional offers available to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published at the time of the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to accounts as promotional balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games. Specific games may contribute at different percentages towards the wagering requirement — these are set out in the applicable promotional terms.
• Each promotional offer will carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible user. Subsequent bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms.
• 55zh88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• The manipulation of bonus terms through structured wagering patterns, exploitation of technical errors or collusive play is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings may apply. These are specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.

Illustrative example: a PKR 25,000 welcome bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 750,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. This example is for illustrative purposes only; actual terms vary by promotion.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport, and may include proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at the operator's discretion.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control and is non-negotiable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by the operator and are subject to change. These are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL or other Pakistani banks may take up to three business days to settle. Mobile wallet withdrawals may be faster subject to provider confirmation windows.
• 55zh88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, AML or responsible gambling checks, without liability for any resulting delays.
• Any withdrawal request made prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds may be declined or result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55zh88 Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering under false, inaccurate or another person's identity.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by 55zh88.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or using the Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of terrorism.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to circumvent the Platform's responsible gambling controls, including providing false information during age or identity verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 55zh88 staff, support agents or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without express written permission.

55zh88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. The Platform provides access to a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. Once reached, gambling activity is paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session time limits: Users may set maximum session durations and receive automatic reminders upon approaching or reaching their limit.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 55zh88 support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration specified.
• Reality checks: Regular notifications reminding users of time spent in-session and amounts wagered.

Gambling involves financial risk. Winnings are never guaranteed and outcomes are determined by random chance. You should only gamble with funds you can genuinely afford to lose. Do not gamble while affected by alcohol, medication or emotional distress, and never attempt to chase losses.

All content on the 55zh88 Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, graphics, logos, interface design, game descriptions and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 55zh88 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing or republishing any Content without prior written consent.
• Modifying, translating or creating derivative works based on the Platform's Content.
• Using any Content for commercial purposes or financial gain outside of personal use.
• Systematically scraping, crawling or indexing Content without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages, injunctions or other remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55zh88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated financial gain.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Technical failures, platform outages, data loss or interrupted connectivity.
• Actions taken by payment providers in refusing or reversing transactions under their own terms.
• Legal or regulatory consequences arising from a user's decision to engage in online gambling in a jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55zh88 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information published on the Platform. All information is for general educational purposes only.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 55zh88's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees), or the equivalent in the applicable account currency, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims.

55zh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The user has provided false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• The user has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The user is found to be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2.
• Account activity raises concerns under applicable anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations.
• 55zh88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction.

Upon termination, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances are subject to investigation and, where no breach is identified, will be returned to the user via the payment method on file after completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support as described in Section 15. Account closure does not excuse any outstanding obligations incurred prior to closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. 55zh88 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim that Pakistani courts hold jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 55zh88 support as set out in Section 15. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by the applicable operator's published dispute-resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

55zh88 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact support to arrange closure.

Material changes — for example, changes that affect your rights with respect to bonuses, withdrawals or account suspension — will be communicated via notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before taking effect, where practicable.
